I thought the interview process was excellent. The talent acquisition team really helped me through the process and I got a great sense of the company culture in every interaction. Feedback and progression through the process was quick
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Chicago, IL)
Interview
LinkedIn reached out to me about a possible role in their organization. (Note: I did not apply for a position, they proactively contacted me.) The entire process was unprofessional and disjointed. LinkedIn missed multiple scheduled interviews and commitments with me. The excuses for the missed meetings were not believable. Then lastly, being completely ghosted by them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LinkedIn
Interview
Invited to phone screen with recruiter, if you pass you're invited to a 45 video interview with sales hiring manager. Did not make it past the second round. LinkedIn looks for candidates that have mentored students and done impactful charity as well as being a curious leader and polished business individual.
