A screening call by the RH Manager to start and to explain the process in details. Confirmation that I will stay in touch with them after each step.
First step - Call with a senior member of the team - Questions on soft and hard skills + culture alignment with the company.
Second step - Role play with 2 senior members of the team, discovery call
Third step - Final role play - closing call.
