Interview
FROM Great interview process (All interviews are very positive) TO WORST EVER. GHOSTED after the final presentation round. Tried reaching out to the recruiter for feedback twice after being kept silent for 3 weeks, and they decided to continue and STAY SILENT. I guess that is the recruiting culture there!
Stop saying something that you are proud of, DIBS, etc but you can't even practice that with your potential candidate.
Hey, LinkedIn recruiter, even if you have identified another candidate you would like to sign, I DONT BELIEVE a simple call or a "sorry you are not selected...." email will be very difficult to send to those who are not being selected?

Question 1
don't waste your time and effort if you end up being ghosted.

Interview
Second time I went through this process.
First time, I made it to the final stage which required putting together a presentation featuring Linkedin ad products and example performance report. Since I didn't work at LinkedIn, I spent a lot of time while with a regular job working on this presentation that dove deep into their value prop, different offerings, telling a story with the data. I was in the final 3 but didn't get the job, even though I was told my interview went great but they rejected me due to being only 5 mins early to the interview (not 15 as they wanted, thanks to transit delays) and not saying "communication" as what is most important in a partnership. Recruiter was good, transparent and kept me updated and said they would reach out for other opportunities (though never heard from again).
The second time, I applied many years later for basically the same role. I was reached out to by a different recruiter and we scheduled a call. The call went great, showed them how much I already knew about the LinkedIn value prop and products, the culture, the way my experience lined up with what they were looking for. They said they would get back to me by end of the week. I followed up after more than a week passed, ignored. I followed up again two weeks later, ignored. Basically, she ghosted me. So unprofessional for a company that has as one of its 5 values, "Integrity". Integrity means valuing candidates time and the decency to at least respond to an email, rather than ghosting them.
