LinkedIn Sr Engineering Manager interview questions

1st round : managerial interview was just 30 minutes and the person who taking the interview was like a robot kind of person. There is no courtesy and no empathy. Ques: Why do you want to be a manager? Will do the coding, Which one do you like, coding or management? 2nd round : you will be given Data structure problem( Arraylist - union and intersection of 2 lists of data) to solve it, you can write the code and the interviewer will ask why you took the approach you took. Forget about your mgmt skills here. Just coding you need to be good at DSA and system design.
