Applied online directly with Lloyds. Invited to interview via email from internal recruiter. Virtual interview conducted via Teams, with two panel members - one of whom was current incumbent. Interview itself was very structured, not a lot of follow up questions or conversation - very stagnated. Questions centred around the firm's values & my previous experience of executive support. Be mindful to provide examples, since the questions asked don't necessarily lead you to do so naturally.

1st round video interview, talked about experience and corporate value related questions; 2nd round video interview with the executive the role is supposed to support at end the day .
