online interview through Microsoft team where they ask you few questions and gives you time to prepare. and a mock customer Interactions to see how to handle customers. and at this part you don't have to show ur face and there's a script for it.
Very easy process and professional friendly and great staff. Not long of an interview around 30 mins, 4 people interviewing me which seemed a little intimidating. They seem to love the company which was good
