Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

Brief competency based telephone interview approximately 25 minutes. I received an interview invitation two days later. Interview hosted by the actual line manager, you are not told in advance. Competency based questions, skills tested, CV was scrutinised. Interest in the field is tested.

I had been employed by the bank for 1 year prior to my interview to move areas. It was done over the phone & I was being questioned by two people who were playing good cop bad cop. I quite enjoy competency based interviews and they made relax by being informal at the start. I was told a week later that the job was mine if I wanted it.
