I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group in Sep 2010
Interview
Very difficult to get date and time finalised, people very busy with integration. However very friendly and welcoming once you get there.
Offices quite open plan, with glass panel executive offices. Traditional big company, buses from train station, good canteens on site.
Goalposts moved regarding the role once arrived - not on a material basis, but content, focus etc. So be prepared.
Interview traditional with questions looking at personality and experience, not competency based.
