Two stages. One about my experience and knowledge of the role. Second "cultural fit" with hiring manager and colleague. The second interview was very awkward as it was more a check list from the interviewer than a genuine way to get to know you. Didn't received feedback but a standard automatic email. Disappointing after all the time you place on responde promptly to HR and/or prepare for the conversation

The Interview Procees consists of an online techincal assessment in Statistics and Programming (Python and SQL), followed by an assessment centre for successful candidates. Knowledge of statistical modelling and SQL commands such as join is very useful.
it was mostly about previous customers service experinece , some comapny goal realted questions and the interview was very formal and professional which was good .And the interview duration was 30-40 mintues only.
