Quite lengthly at times but thorough. Two asessments and a video assessment then a facr to face interview about 30 minutes long. Made to feel at ease in interview, good feedback
They focus on four customer related values of lloyds bank , Diversity , career development , empathy towards customer and integrity and security. Questions are easy but you need to give some previous related examples to demonstrate your idea

It was a friendly conversation with questions about my past work experiences and S.T.A.R style questions, as well. So it's very helpful to have prepared yourself upfront with scenario's and how you react in difficult situations in order to gave a good results.
