Interview
The interview was very relaxed, began by asking questions about me, then moved onto required questions for the role. I had prepared more for "Why do you want to work for us?" or "What are your relevant skills?" so when asked soley about the company's values I was thrown off.

Started with a psychometric test, then a situational judgement test, and then a solo interview with a branch manager as well as another manager. Interviewers were friendly and questions as expected.
