Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

Very long process with little communication. Had to chase the company up multiple times for an answer. No feedback given. Poor experience all round. Firstly had to fill out my details, was then invited to do an online test, was then invited to do a video interview. Very long process with no communication. Was not a good experience at all.

Strengths Based Interview that was based to access how you respond to certain situations. Additionally you have some assessment to do before the one to one interview. Generally not too difficult, just know about the role and the organization.
