Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

It was an online assessment centre including a presentation about sustainability within banking, an individual interview where the first 5 questions were based on LBG's core values and principles, and then an Excel/numeric test, which included a programming test at the end.

Really casual and more converation like. Centered around motivation and relevant skill sets. Some technical questions around typical cash flow restructuring - I.e., how to spot issues. What you would do in reaction to company underpefromance etc.
