Interview

Obtained through the Lloyds Scholarship. Had an interview to obtain the scholarship. Travelled to solihull where i was given free accommodation. Interview lasted the whole day and involved and individual competency interview, a written task and presentation and finally a group interview involving a case study. Positive day.

Two stage. Competency based questions followed by presentation. Two interviewers - at both stages. First stage conducted locally, second in national head office. Worked for Lloyds for 10 years (previously HBOS) - good company with sound leadership.

Interview

Had to prepare a presentation beforehand linking my internship learnings with the company values. Non-interns have to do an assessment centre beforehand im sure. They asked me regular interview competency based questions related to the role then let me do my presentation. They paid for travel. Was pretty regular interview.
