I sent my resume and completed a situational judgement test, I passed and they invited me to a zoom interview. Questions included how I would arrange childcare on the days they'd need me. They then sent me an email saying I hadn't been successful so I then requested feedback by both email and phone and no one has got back to me yet to give me some constructive feedback which makes me think they just want people with no responsibilities such as kids. PLEASE DON'T WASTE PEOPLES TIME OR AT LEAST PROVIDE SOME FEEDBACK THANK YOU
