Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

Normal interview questions with two boses, also a role play scenario on phone to see your customer service skills, group scenario with other candidates to see how you interact with others. Process took roughly five hours total

Went through two stages. First stage was an interview with a more senior member of staff regarding my motivation for the role. Second stage was a technical interview with four members of staff, with increasing levels of seniority. All of the interviewers were very friendly and helpful.
