5 min presentation on 2 potential credit card ideas (calculate percentages, discuss pros and cons
10 min questions on presentation ( how calculations were made)
1 hour competency interview ( situational questions, times where you have shown strength e.g teamwork, leadership etc)

Process consisted of just a face to face interview. Very straight forward simple questions. Process didn’t take too long. However when I was called to be given the role he was telling me how I applied for customer service advisor ( that is a role on the job site but not what I applied for) Declined due to poor salary
