I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Halifax, England)
Interview
I applied online and received an email from a recruitment agency that said my CV suited the job role and invited me to an interview. The interview was very casual and informal, more of a chat than a structured interview. Felt more relaxed than regular interviews and allowed time to ask all the necessary questions to the employer.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Edinburgh, Schottland) in Dec 2017
Interview
The Interview process has been a very pleasant experience. The online tests are all in one go and have to be taken in 5 days which sounds very stressful at first but once you get over those you are only to wait for the video stage. The video stage consists of 9 questions about yourself, I remember struggling a bit to adjust my responses to 90 seconds but you can end the video at any time after each question. I, fortunately, got invited to the assessment centre which I am due to attend on the 25th of Jan and I am looking forward to that.

Interview
Applied on the Lloyds website, and submitted my CV. Received an email asking me to choose a time for a Group Selection Event. Interview only lasted 20 minutes. Was made to feel really relaxed. 2 ladies, one took notes on my answers. Overall was a pleasant, easy interview
