Lloyds Banking Group interview questions

A quick 10 mins phone interview. Interviewer explained the process before we started. During the interview I could hear her typing responses as I spoke. Lots of periods of silence. They don’t ask you to repeat yourself or ask questions. I guess they want to see how clear you are on the phone. Altogether not a bad interview. About 7 or 8 questions in total with one competency based question. Told I would find out whether I would be invited to the assessment day within a week.
