Short phone interview which lasted around 15mins. Then assessment day involving a case study for which you had to prepare your own presentation, a pre-prepared presentation and competency questions. Assessment day altogether lasted around three hours.

Interview
Applied online and then received an email to go to stage two, which was a telephone interview. I had to book day and time suitable to me, which I did.
Telephone interview was alright and lasted about 40 minutes, mostly competency questions.
I was advised what the role would involve and through out the interview I had opportunity to ask questions.

Interview
I applied for the role a couple of days after it was initially advertised. It obviously varies from role to role as to how long you wait for a response, I didn't hear anything for a good 6-8. I think this is subject to what you’ve applied for and how important it is to the business.
The first round was a 15 minute call I presume for screening purposes. After an initial hello, I’m not sure this is enough time to discuss a person’s resume and then allow them to respond with questions about the role. I had to skip over bits of my resume which were indeed relevant and imperative for the role I had applied for. Similarly, I had questions about the role which I just didn’t get to ask as the interviewer had no time for me.
On another note when the interviewer states how the rest of the process works and states they want to fill the role quickly you would expect to hear from them or at least their PA / HR to confirm if it was a positive or negative outcome. Regardless of the outcome most applicants would appreciate even the most basic of response, just so they know where they stand, seeing as they were selected out of 100's of applicants. This is unfortunately not the case, I along with other candidates applying for different roles have received silence.
One presumes this is just how they operate.
