I applied through online application system. Completed a basic mathematics test online after a week I then had a telephone interview, after 2/3 weeks I had a final interview with the branch manager and the business manager.

What do you know about the company? Lots of competency based questions which you needed to provide an example. They had an emphasis on communication and selling skills. At the end, there was a pay role, with given instruction on a paper. One of the managers pretended to be the customer and you had play the role of (Customer Consultant) and offer the best product to the customer.

Only take the telephone interview. I received the call at around 10am. The recruiter asked several questions and type my answer into their system. The questions including teamwork, work experience, why I apply them. Almost all questions are non-tech questions. During the interview, I can hear some noise from their background.
