Involed completing a series of psychometric tests (i.e. deductive reasoning/calculations) and then attending an assesment day which involved a group discussion/mini presentation followed by a one-to-one interview. They interviewers make you feel at ease and provided background information about the responsibilties of the role and the general culture at the bank before proceeding with the interview.

Interview
Phone screen and then an interview with two managers at the office including a phone call exercise. The interview was standard STAR format competencies, and the phone call was a role-play with an irate customer. Lasted about 30 minutes total.
