Online Assesment that had an SQL question and a statistics programming part. Then had an video interview that takes you through a case study. They ask you questions based on the case study and standard behavioural questions.

Panel interview with two design leaders. They outlined the role and team, asked about your motivation and service‑design background, then had you present an end‑to‑end case study and answer probing questions. Finally, you asked about priorities, challenges, and leadership, and they closed by explaining next steps.
