it was mostly about previous customers service experinece , some comapny goal realted questions and the interview was very formal and professional which was good .And the interview duration was 30-40 mintues only.

I got invited for an online interview, however no interviewer turned up. My interview was then rescheduled and my the interviewer did not turn up AGAIN. I then called the recruitment team where they said they would call me back the same day. However they never did. Still haven’t done my interview. Waste of time very unprofessional.

Was during covid times but was just a phone call, felt quite informal just discussion of experience and some competency questions. Lasted 30 minutes max and heard back after a few days
