There are 2 rounds of interview.
1. Objective type
2. Vedio call interview.
All questions are related to the customer handling process and our previous experience about customer handling. How you handle angry customer or if you don't have proper answer to the customers query what you will do.

Interview
Relatively relaxed interview because the lady was super nice. About an hour long, first half you’re asked behavioural interview questions (some of the questions are a bit unexpected, but make sure you use STAR to structure your answers (i was told this at the end of my interview)). Second half you have to take fake phone calls and use pre-sent data sheets to inform you on how to direct the call, it really wasn’t too bad though and not awkward.
