I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interview by Zoom and task. Panel of three. Questions before but very little time to prepare which was pointless and caused more stress than not having seen them. 30 minutes for 7 in depth questions was not enough time, if the reason was not to be assessed on ability to think on one’s feet then should receive questions when interview arranged not 30 mins before when you are already nervous

Question 1
Interview was a shambles. Gave questions 30 mins before to help prepare, this was worse than not receiving them as not adequate time to prepare
I interviewed at Lloyds Banking Group (Leeds, England) in Sep 2023
Interview
Third party interviewer over video call. It was hard to judge how it was going as she took many pauses to write notes and did not look up from her notebook. It was not conversational at all.
