Thorough, objective and fair. Interview was designed to remove biases, verified by multi layers. Interviewers made me feel at ease and the conversation covered a wide range of subjects aligned to the role.
Online assessment which has 8 to 10 multiple choice questions where they assess yourself a right fit for the role and video interview which includes six questions ,each response should last for nearly 90 seconds. The questions asked are to showcase you how well you are suited for the position

I felt the whole time I very much needed to buzz say words on the hr sheet to be successful. Appeared more interested in ticking off buzz words then hearing what you had to say. Seemed very generic
