It was a professional and positive experience. The initial stage involved a take-home coding exercise, Subsequently, the technical interview, The final round, consisting of two stages, focused on system design and cultural fit questions

I passed tech interview with karat and had manager round later that guy told me so proudly "we would contact you with results in next week be it positive or negative" my foot. It's been 3 weeks now and they are completed ghosting me that says a lot about their company culture. I have tried contacting them through phone and emails but no response. They completed all the assessments and interviews within a week because they were in urgent need but when informing candidate about his needs they are ghosting. What a worst company, good thing I got to see their culture beforehand before getting exploited by this selfish company.
