Got only to the video interview, didn't passed it and the feedback wasn't very helpful Situation and behavioral questions, Why LLoyds, Give example of a situation when you had a really difficult time to accomplish a task What would you bring to Loyds? How your university experience would help you in the new role?

2 stage, one technical and another with management. Questions seemed to focus on company and team fit, lots of support but opportunity to move around internally. Interviewer was prepared and interview was fairly relaxed
