Lockheed Martin interview questions

STAR format is definitely what they want. All behavioral and they asked about my resume and experiences. Very friendly and causal. Only about 30 minutes. Overall good experience with my interview process. Heard back about 2 weeks later.

Applied for the position and received an invitation for an interview within two weeks after applying. The interview consisted of questions that were pre-communicated ahead of time so that you can prepare your answer to each question. Interviewing manager preferred using the STAR method for each answer to each interview question
