Lockheed Martin interview questions

Great, I think Lockheed Martin does a good job of making the interview process a smooth and enjoyable experience for both the interviewer and person being interviewed. Definitely recommend applying to this program and getting connected with fellow employees and managers.

Interview process consisted of a phone call with Manager and Supervisor of position. They asked questions regarding previous work experience and skills I can offer to their opening. It was conversational but they also kept it to a professional call. Lasted about 20 minutes, consisted of 5-7 questions. 2-3 regarding work/school experience, 2-3 regarding goals and personal accomplishments, others about what I can contribute to the organization and position.
