Lockheed Martin interview questions

Bait and switch!, Contact by recruiter about software engineer opportunities. The job title I interview with was system engineer with 0 programming involve. The interviewer was late 20 mins. Really don't like their process. The most vague question I have ever seen.

I did two remote interviews after applying to the position. One with recruiter and one with the hiring manager. It was well planned and structured. They asked great questions and overall it was a pleasant and professional process.
