I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Mar 2023
Interview
This included a recruiter screening which was mostly gauging expectations around role, grade level, salary range, etc. Then had an interview with a couple of department managers where they gave overviews of the company, the business unit, the products, the departments, the role, etc. and then they asked questions on prior experience, hypothetical situations in both technical senses and in emotional intelligence senses. Entire process from application to offer was about 2 weeks, and the interview itself was via zoom for about 1 hour.
