Pretty basic and simple. Asked questions about SAP, Excel, and other data usage software. Really focused on the team aspect. It was a phone interview due to location of both parties.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
Applied with a set interview. It wasn’t stuffy or formal. Felt like it was a great genuine conversation and I got to express myself fully. Heard back from them quickly.

Question 1
What is a big challenge you faced recently and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Nov 2022
Interview
It was exactly one month after I applied that they reached out to schedule an interview. It was a virtual interview over Zoom and lasted roughly an hour. I was scheduled for 2 interviewers and only one was on call and it was the head manager for the role. It was a pleasant interview and very standard questions and explanations about the role and what they're looking for. There were no technical questions, only behavioral questions. It took a month for them to get back to me.
