I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Liverpool, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
During the telephone interview, you can expect to be asked about your experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and practices. The interviewer will want to know about your understanding of key OOP principles such as encapsulation, inheritance, abstraction, and polymorphism. Be prepared to discuss how you have applied these concepts in your past projects, and how you would use them to solve real-world problems. In addition to OOP questions, the interviewer may also ask clarifying questions about your resume, so make sure you have a solid understanding of your past work experience and the projects you have worked on. Be ready to discuss any relevant coursework or certifications you have completed, and any relevant projects you have worked on as a part of a team or individually.

Virtual interview. Mostly behavioral questions rather than technical questions. Interviewer was friendly and easy to speak with. There was enough time at the end to ask questions. Overall, a good experience.

Interview
Pretty easy - got an offer after meeting with a recruiter at a hiring event. No technical part, mainly behavioral. It mainly depends on how impressive your resume is rather than technical skills in the moment.
