Lockheed Martin interview questions

The first round was with HR and was pretty straightforward. Nothing too intense, mostly basic questions and a walkthrough of my resume. A good conversation to get things started before moving on to the next stages.

Got the interview 6 weeks after initially applying. Got the offer 2 weeks later. So overall, it took 2 months to get the offer. They like to see you use the STAR method to answer interview questions. It was a virtual panel interview that involved myself and three Lockheed employees.
