I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Nov 2023
Interview
Easy interview, completely behavioral. No opportunity to demonstrate technical skills, yet they valued candidates with a certification. Possibly different for other areas. Application process is ridiculous as well, took two months from being reached out by a recruiter and the rejection. Can only interview for another position after being rejected from previous role you interviewed for.

Tell me about a situation that communication skills helped you solve
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Littleton, CO) in May 2024
Interview
A mix of "technical" and soft-skill type questions. Technical questions primarily focused on my experience using XYZ technology that was in the job listing or speaking to the applicable experience listed in my resume, versus any specific technical quiz type of question.

Question 1
What is your experience using the technologies listed in the ELK stack?
Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
