it was honestly a very basic & standard interview. they ask almost 100% situational questions. maybe one technical one depending on the level or role you’re hiring into. if you’re hiring internal or external they’re relatively similar questions either way.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Denver, CO) in Oct 2024
Interview
I conducted a 1 hour interview with 3 managers. About 75% of the questions were behavioral based with the remainder being more technical revolved around the responsibilities of the job. The technical questions were kind of "got ya" questions that I didn't know the answers too, but I think they were more concerned with how I responded.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Grand Prairie, TX) in Aug 2024
Interview
Was a good interview. No technical questions. Just five situational questions. I was matched to this position. This position needed welding experience. Which wasn't on my resume. Then was asked what makes me a great fit. To a position that I was "matched" to.
