In person interview, friendly and comfortable. Focused on technical skills to make sure you have the foundational knowledge they are looking for. Also, asked about familiarity with Lockheed branches. Behavioral questions were typical of any other company. "why do you want to work here?" "name a time you had to work with a difficult team member and how did you navigate that?" etc.
