I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Austin, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
Went very quickly - had a phone screening with a recruiter, then within the week met with the hiring manager over a Teams meeting. Got an offer later that day. Very disappointed in the aggressively low offer and counter offer. I thought higher of Lockheed Martin until then.

Question 1
Only asked questions related to experiences on my resume.
Had one interview that was STAR based (Situation, Task, Action Results) interviewer noted my answers which were later reviewed compared to all other applicants. Pretty straightforward forward and I did not have that much pressure during it, I've had previous interviews that have had technical questions, but that depends on the complexity of the role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Herndon, VA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Inital phone screen was with recruiter, he invited me to tell him if I saw any applicable reqs on the careers page. Heard nothing for two weeks, then was invited to do a phone interview with hiring manager for one of the reqs, received an offer from second recruiter over the phone. The second recruiter told me that despite meeting the listing requirements of education and experience, I was not actually able to qualify for a senior role and made me an offer that would be a pay cut of more than 30k. I declined.
