Lowe's Home Improvement Customer Service Associate I interview questions

Applied online for several open positions. Took a basic understanding/personality type test online. No resume needed. Was called within a week of applying and had an initial interview. Interviewed with HR manager and assistant store manager. Offer of job was contingent upon a negative drug test and criminal background check. Overall process was easier than most and handled smoothly.

I guess to say in todays world employers have the upper hand with jobs being scarce they have more and more people to choose from and can do what ever they want I had 4 interviews with lowes 1 telephone, and 3 1on 1's and after waiting 2 weeks receicved an email thanking me for my interest
