Lowe's Home Improvement Customer Service Associate interview questions

Simple and straightforward questions. Most were scripted which cuts down on biases etc. Sometimes made it clear that they expected you to come in on days off. Most questions seemed to be geared towards customer service and not any other job functions.

Applied online and got a call two days later to schedule an interview. Interviewed with hr about a week later in person. Answered very typical interview questions it all lasted about 30 minutes. They gave me an offer immediately after and ten admiistered a saliva drug test. They called me a few days later saying I passed and told me to come in for orientation the following monday.
