Lowe's Home Improvement Customer Service Associate interview questions

It was super easy. Just asked about my past experience and we ran through a few scenarios like how would you address customers and how would you react to ----? Really easy going and friendly

I applied online and went in for an interview a little less than a week later. The interview was 5 fairly basic customer service questions. There was only one interview with the assistant manager. They're taking a little while to call back and tell me if I got it or not but they did say they have a lot of interviews for seasonal hiring and to expect a bit of a wait.
