Interview
When I arrived for my interview, the manager grabbed another manager (a head cashier) and we met in a small office near the front of the store. Most of the questions they asked were standard Customer Service questions, but there was a bit of an emphasis on my opinions on stealing, and how I'd handle theft.

Spoke to human resources about what they were looking for and what I was looking for. Mouth swab drug test. Called back a week later to meet with department manager. Got called back a week later and was hired.

Interview
Streamlined and easy. Seemed like they were able to get me quickly scheduled for an interview after I applied online. I was able to meet with HR person and Assistant Store Manager for interview. I went over my past experience related to jobs in customer service, but also personal experiences related to home improvement.
