Interview
First interview you speak with the HR which is very simply asking very typical questions and asking for you to give an example of a situation of great customer service. The first interview was very lax, very easy, no pressure. The follow up interview which is conducted by who will be your area manager was a little bit of more pressure, but the same typical questions.

Interview
They give you an online personality test first. If you pass that, you get an in-person interview with the HR manager. She asks standard questions off a sheet of paper. Nothing terribly difficult. No follow up questions. She seemed to want to know that I could handle myself under pressure, work as part of a team, and not antagonize the customers.

Interview
Normal behavioral questions,I applied online and few days after i got a call for the interview by the hiring management.
It took about 30 minutes and after the interview i was taken to the Store Manager for few questions.
