I applied online. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Mooresville, NC) in Jan 2020
Interview
Phone screen, then phone interview followed by in-person where they flew me in. The in-person consisted of a tour of the campus and then the actual interview. Very quick response after. One habit I have is to watch people take notes while talking to them. I think this was mis-understood by one of the interviews as looking at her chest, which I didn't realize until near the end. They sent me the no longer interested e-mail before I even got back to the airport.

Interview
Applied via either linkedin/Indeed. Got contacted by a third party company via email that emailed me a few times that would work for an phone interview. Communicated via a web meeting. Very kind, and overall easy questions to answer if you have experience.
