Engaging and well organized . The interview was relaxed, very casual and the same for all applicants. It was conducted in a private room off the staff beak room. Several people allying for various positions throughout the store.

They ask questions like, "Tell me of a time in a past job that "this happened" or "that happened" and how you reacted or handled it" Sometimes in your past those "things" never happened so there is nothing to say, yet they probe for you to tell a story anyway........ :-(
