Apply online, when called in they have you do a questionnaire on the computer in the hr office. then you havE a one on one interview with the cosmetics department manager. They are mostly are looking for sales and customer service, as they will do a make up application interview later on if you move through the process. if you are succesful you will meet with the store manager, account coordinator for the cosmectics line you are applying for, then with the account executive.
