I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Joppa, MD) in Oct 2015
Interview
Great interview process an on-campus interview with two parts 30 mins each. Both were behavioral interviews with a case study. I was called about 4 days later and invited to an on-site interview. On site interview was two days the first day is presentations and they take you out to a nice dinner. They have a few executives there you can chat with, and they give great tips for what's going to happen the next day. Everyone is really nice and it's a great experience overall. The second day we were given breakfast had one case study, and one group project, as well as 2 behavioral interviews much like the ones on campus.

Interview
Met with a recruiter on campus. Within the same week, followed up with two phone interviews with two different people. If they believe you're a good fit for the company, they fly you and other candidates to a flagship store to continue the interview process. On the first day, they go into depth about the company and the position you are being interviewed for. This also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions. By the end of the day, a dinner is arranged. This gives you the chance to network with the other candidates and hiring managers. Next day, there is one group exercise, one solo exercise, and two one-on-one interviews.
I had two on-campus back-to-back interviews. They sent an email out on Sunday night (highly, highly) recommending that we attend an informational on Monday night. Since this was so short notice, I already had other obligations. The recruiter was rude about the fact that I wasn't able to attend the informational.
First interview was behavioral and the recruiter was very nice. He was young and energetic. The second interview consisted of coaching situations and the recruiter (same one who was rude about the informational) was checking her watch and looking in a folder the entire time. She barely made eye contact with me and I felt as if I was wasting her time.
Would not want to work for a company that treats candidates in this manner.
