I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY) in Nov 2014
Interview
I interviewed at the corporate office on two separate days. The first day was two 30 minute long behavioral interviews. The second day was an all day "group interview". It was definitely intense, but a great way to get to know the culture of the company. Included more one on one interviews, panels, group projects and a retail math test.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with someone and how you solved it

Interview
Went to the on-site, but still haven't heard back from them after 2.5 weeks. Not sure if I got it or not since it's been a couple of weeks. I feel whether you get the position or not, they should call you back and let you know what the status is. Especially if they are flying you out to NY and investing time and money on you as a candidate.
